1 General Provisions

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport.

• Relevant documents for payment method verification.

If verification documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3.2 Account Security

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

bj77 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Deposits will only be accepted from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawal funds will be returned only to the depositing payment method.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bj77 offers a welcome bonus for new members. Currently, a 200% bonus is given on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

5.1 Bonus Examples

• Deposit ৳1,000 → receive ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳22,000 → receive ৳20,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before bonus funds can be withdrawn, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus).

5.3 Additional Bonus Terms

• Each user is eligible for only one welcome bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash; they can only be used for betting.
• bj77 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time after receiving a bonus, the bonus may be forfeited.
• Misuse of bonuses through multiple accounts, VPNs, or other means will result in account termination.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

bj77 offers various types of betting and gaming services, including sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and more), live casino, slot games, and table games.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• bj77 reserves the right to void any bet placed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• Betting on manipulated events or involvement in match-fixing will result in the bet being voided and the account being permanently closed.

6.2 Game Results

All game results are determined through a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system. bj77 believes in fair play and no game result is predetermined or manipulated.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bj77 platform and will result in immediate account closure, with funds potentially being forfeited:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software for betting.
• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts or using false identities.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Attempting to access other users' accounts.
• Attempting to attack or disrupt the platform's systems, servers, or network.
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior toward bj77 staff.

8 Limitation of Liability

bj77 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. bj77 will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Service delays or failures by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from user negligence or breach of account security.
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.

bj77 makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, however if the service is temporarily unavailable for any reason, bj77 is not liable to provide any compensation.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 Closure at User Request

10.2 Suspension by bj77

bj77 may suspend or terminate any account with or without notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete registration information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
• Evidence of an underage user.
• Self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming guidelines.

11 Dispute Resolution

Most disputes can be resolved through discussion. However, if any dispute remains unresolved, both parties will follow a mutually agreed neutral mediation process.

12 Changes to Terms
